1.89 era, 2 shutouts so far, (he gave up 2 hits in the 8th to break his no hitter in one of them), and is 5-0. he's been doing exceptionally well, and if he keeps it up i would definitely say hes got a shot. Who else do you might think be in the running for Cy Young?

My jaw is slightly crooked?

Alright. I'm 15, and recently i've noticed that my mandible is sort of 'crooked'. On my right side, it's less defined. On the left, it's perfectly defined. Therefore, if I look in the mirror for a period of time, I can really notice the slanting of my face. It is in fact the bone that is causing it to be this way, because both sides of my face are the same size, muscle wise. My mom said that when I was a baby, I would sleep on the right side of my face most of the time, so that could be the cause of this. I also STILL sleep on the right side more. I'm not real worried about it because it is not noticeable to other people (Besides myself) unless they really examine my face, and even then, they barely notice it. So i'm not planning to get surgery to fix it. Reason being, it's not painful or noticeable to others. I am just wondering if it can cause damage as I age? Are there any older people with this problem? And if yes, do you have any problems with it? Thank you :)

I need help understanding what a p45 does?

i came over from new zealand to the u.k to work under a tier 5 working holiday visa, at my first job i had no n.i number so i was on emergency tax, after i left that job i travelled for a bit then returned to work for the same company (Mitchell's and butlers) but in a different location but i had a n.i number. not until 6 months later have i heard that i can reclaim tax or that i should have a p45. how do i get one, what does it do, and am i in the wrong for not having one?

So i like this guy in mii school, and my whole grade knows..and mii best friend Jen always says that he likes me bc she heard him say tht he thought i was pretty adn cute to his friends. He also said he wished i liked him, bc he dosent believe i do. And i was in art class today and i was sitting with Jaime and Angie and he said something funny (hes in tht class) and shes like oh i forgot u liked him, he likes you too and wants to go out with you..he doesnt believe you like him though.
