(Uncommon) unisex names?

My friend is called Jaye. She's the only Jaye I've ever met who is female. She always gets compliments and it's not tacky. I think Ryan is such a masculine name( very popular in Uk) it would just set a girl up for a lifetime of getting mail addressed to Mr and for people expecting a boy when she arrives to school or job interviews. I suppose you could look to celebrity names like Blake Lively and Cameron Diaz.
