Should I drop Ryan Dempster and pick up Jaime Garcia?

If Garcia is still available I would make the move. It's a bit of a gamble, but that's usually what seperates first place from third or fourth place finishes in fantasy baseball. The main reason that I would pull the trigger on this deal is due to the fact that I think the Cubs won't win a lot of games this year and the Cardinals will. Garcia had great numbers last year striking out 132 batters in 162.1 innings, which is impressive for a 24 year old. Make no mistake he's not going to give you 9 innings and 9 K's every game but it will be better than Dempster who is on the downside of his career.
