Anyone help a bit? More likely girls?

So my mind is ****** up know. There's been this girl I've liked A LOT for over two years. I think I'm in love with her. I had asked her out after a few months of the crush and she said no. I never forgot her and cried myself to sleep at least once a week, to this day I still do. Now there's a new girl, I kinda like her and I know she likes me. I have met her a couple times and we've kissed, not really dating, I think. I'm not sure if I like her more as a consolation prize (lack of better words) or if I'm using her to forget Jaime. Either way idk if I really like her. I'm not sure what to do. One major thing I almost forgot, I'm going to her junior prom next month. I want to go and I dint think I could tell her I can't go, she asked me march 16, I remember cuz I was thinking of the luck of the Irish early. I digress. So if you could help me figure **** out I'd appreciate it. The only person I know that could help me is my old eat friend Taylor who's gone from my life, but that's another problem. Thank you.
