Space Disney movie!!?!?! Helpp?

Okay I only remember certain parts. At the beginning I think it's summr or something and a bunch of people go got the beach to watch teenagers get in there colored space ships. They take off and when in space the main girl. Someone blonde about 14 or 15. gets assingned a cabin with other girls. Later in the movie an evil girl comes saying she's going to destroy the ship they're on. A really poplular band plays I remember and they end up all having to flee the big ship. The characters in this movie are 14 or 15 years old! And the main girl may be Jaime Lynn spears. Idk someone with blonde hair. Also I remember the main girl had a little sister who was jeleouss because she go toy go in space. Please help
